Return Policy

We're sorry your order didn't work out, so let us make things right. First, read through our Returns Policy, We are here to help if you ever have any issues problems or concerns send us an email or dial us on the phone.  We try to make this process easy peasy lemon squeezy. 


Items purchased online may be returned within 5 days with receipt for an exchange or refund only with the following exceptions. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders, clearance, treats, beds, Furbaby and me Sprays, all holiday items and anything marked as Final Sale on the products page. 


All items being returned or exchanged must be in its original packaging with all price tags attached, unused and in sellable condition. We will not return items with Visible wear and tear or signs of use.

All returns must be authorized with a QA # (Quality Assurance Number) that must be obtained prior to sending your item and copy of your purchase receipt must be included. Please send us an email or give us a call to get a QA number. 


You are fully responsible for shipping the item back to us in its original packaging and we do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged packages.

We cannot except returns, exchanges or refunds on international orders.

 

Returns/Exchanges Process: 

1) Call Furbaby and me 412 257 2464 to request a QA Number or send us an email with your original order number and a brief description of item and reason for return. We will gladly accept exchanges as long as the item shows no signs or use or wear. 

2) After you have notified us of your return or exchange and you are issued a QA number, We will send you an email confirming the acceptance of your return or exchange. Please write your QA Number on your return label or package and on the copy of the purchase receipt being sent. Please indicate whether or not you would like a store credit, exchange or refund. Feel free to use your preferred shipping method to return the item back to us.

3) Please use a shipping method that issues a tracking number for the package. Return shipping charges will not be reimbursed. 


Damaged/Defective Items: 

We will always take responsibility for any defective or damaged items, Please notify us within 36 hours of receipt of the product. Any items Damaged will be replaced with the same item. If the item is no longer available we will issue you an item in the same like, kind, style, and price and provide a few options for you to choose from.  


Items damaged in transit must be reported with 24 hours of receipt. Your assistance will be required during the claim process. 

Sorry but any items that have been damaged by your pet will not be returned or exchanged and will be considered a loss. We can not and will not repair or replace items damaged by your pet. The merchandise sold on our online store are not guaranteed to withstand your pets behavior.
